For prospective owners

What the first conversation looks like.

Most first conversations are 20–30 minutes. We’ll ask about your property — what you have, where it is, what’s working, what isn’t. You’ll get a real sense of how we operate and whether the fit makes sense.

If we’re a fit, we’ll talk through onboarding. If we’re not, we’ll say so and try to point you somewhere useful. It’s helpful to have a rough sense of the following before the call:

  • How many units and where they're located
  • Current occupancy and rent
  • How the property is currently managed (self-managed, another PM, etc.)
  • What's prompting the change or inquiry
